Whether you're new to yoga, looking to bone up on your basics, or seeking an demonstration of the Sun Salutations, these short demo classes are for you. Join Jessica for a brief explanation of Surya Namaskara A and B, the Sun Salutations, and a few variations you can practice together. Suitable for practitioners of all levels, this short class is a great way to start the day, or to sneak in a brief practice at midday or after work. This is also a great warmup to activities like running or other cardio.

Daily recommendation: Practice 5 rounds of Sun Salutation A and 3 rounds of Sun Salutation B
