This class includes a gentle sequence for vitality, inner power and fertility to activate all major body systems, and even a brief guided meditation to incite self-discovery. Today, you’ll be introduced to Teken Pose and the Pose of MIN. Kemetic yoga is the origin of all yoga styles and is one of the most ancient holistic healing practices that revolves around your connection with yourself. May this practice be dedicated to your self-discovery and rejuvenation. It’s time to step into your greatest potentials.
