Dee Yergo, a native New Yorker, and Colorado resident is a Meditation Teacher, Yoga Instructor and Women’s Empowerment Coach. She is the founder of Prana Prenatal Yoga in New York and co-founder of The Yoga Transformation. Dee encourages her students to use their yoga mats and meditation cushions as laboratories to cultivate the tools that will serve them in life.
