Expansive Heart Yoga (30 min)
Expand Your Heart Space Capacity to Give + Receive Love
In this total body class, you will be prepared for Antara Kumbhaka pranayama, a breathing exercise that includes breath retention at the end of an exhalation. This practice is said to expand the lung capacity and remove stagnant energy from the heart space. As a result, you may feel more open to give and receive love!
This is a Level 1 class.
Suggested Props:
- 2 Yoga block, 4" x 6" x 9" (or something of around the house of equal size like a shoe box - that's not empty so it won't crush)
- Any items that symbolize love for you
