This flow with Chanel is great for when you have been sitting at a desk all day or just need to move your body. Join her in this short, faced-paced flow to get moving and energized to tackle the rest of your day. You will begin with some easy movements with the breath, then go into some flows opening the hips and hamstrings.
This is a Level 1 class.
Suggested props:
- Yoga blocks (or something of similar size (4" x 6" x 9") and stability like a shoebox that's not empty)
